Product Introduction

The punching film unit is a specialized equipment for producing a type of vacuum punching film and casting film. When the molten resin flows down from the extrusion die, a funnel-shaped hole shaped film is formed on the film by vacuum suction. Vacuum perforated film has special usage functions due to its ability to filter liquids without easy backflow. The perforated film produced by this unit belongs to one-time molding, which saves a lot of energy compared to traditional secondary punching methods. The whole machine is controlled by PLC program and operated by touch screen to achieve fully automatic production process. At the same time, we have multiple hole types to choose from, or according to the hole type specified by the customer.
